Terms of service

These terms apply when you use RankWitty ("RankWitty", "we", "us") to order articles, publish your own articles or use your dashboard. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you use RankWitty for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. What we provide

We write keyword-targeted articles about your business, have a human editor review them, and publish them on niche LinkedIn company pages in our network. A person on our team publishes each article by hand. We then push the article's link to Google for indexing and track its Google position for the agreed keyword, and show the results in your dashboard. You can also submit an article you wrote yourself for us to publish and track.

2. No promised rankings

We optimize every article to rank, we push it for indexing, and we track and report its position. We do not promise, and cannot control, whether Google indexes an article or where it appears in search results. Positions we report are what our checks recorded at the time of each check.

3. Orders and plans

• Single articles are paid once. A single article, or your own article, goes live within 1–12 hours of payment confirmation, unless you are still reviewing it or we are waiting for information from you.
• Daily plans are billed monthly. Each day we publish one article per slot in the time window you choose, using keywords you have approved.
• Custom plans are agreed with a person on our team and confirmed in writing.
• Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars.

4. Your review

You can review each article before it is published and ask for changes. You have 24 hours to review. If we do not hear from you in that time, the article goes ahead as scheduled.

5. Publishing on the network

• Every client article starts with the line "Sponsored by" followed by your business name. This cannot be removed.
• We choose a suitable network page for each article. You can ask for a different page before it goes live.
• Each network page publishes at most one client article per page per day, so publishing dates depend on page availability.
• No two articles on the same page target the same keyword.
• We may refuse or remove content that breaks our sponsored content policy, the law, or the rules of the platform it is published on.

6. Your content and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business and for any article you submit yourself. You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, names and trademarks you provide. You keep ownership of your own content and give us permission to edit, format, publish and display it for the purpose of providing the service.

Articles we write for you are created for your use in this service. Articles published on network pages remain on those pages as part of the network.

7. Payments

You can pay by crypto through Cryptomus or by bank transfer arranged with a person on our team. Work starts once payment is confirmed. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Any estimates shown in other currencies are for guidance only; you are billed in US dollars.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel a daily plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future monthly payments. Articles already published stay published. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use RankWitty to publish anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights, or try to access other customers' data or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by Google, LinkedIn or other third parties, including changes to search results or platform rules. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

RankWitty is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or Google.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
