Refund policy

We want every article to be worth what you paid. This policy explains when we refund and how. It works alongside our terms of service.

When you get a refund

Before work starts. If you cancel an order before we start writing it, you get a full refund.
If we cannot publish. If we cannot publish an article, for example because no suitable page is available or the content cannot be published under our sponsored content policy for reasons that are not your fault, you get a full refund for that article.
If we miss the delivery window. Single articles and your own articles go live within 1–12 hours of payment confirmation. If we miss that through our own fault, you can choose a full refund for that article or let us publish it as soon as possible.
Daily plans. If you cancel, you are not charged for future months. On request, we refund the articles in the current paid month that we have not yet written.

After an article has been published as you approved it, or as scheduled after your review window ended.
Because of a Google position. We do not promise rankings, so a position on Google (or the lack of one) is not a reason for a refund. Every article is optimized to rank, tracked and reported.
If we could not publish because of content you provided that breaks our policies or the law.

If something is wrong with an article, such as a factual mistake about your business, tell us and we will correct it where the platform allows.

Crypto payments are refunded in crypto to an address you give us, for the US dollar amount you paid. Network fees may be deducted.
Bank transfers are refunded to the account the payment came from, for the US dollar amount you paid. We do not cover your bank's fees or exchange-rate differences.

We pay approved refunds as soon as we can and tell you when it is done.
